What is SPC FLOOR?
SPC FLOOR is new 100% waterproof indoor flooring , so It is suitable to damp place ,such as Kitchen and bathroom.
The first layer of its structural formula is a soft wear-resistant layer, which is mainly used to prevent wear and protect the color. The thickness is 0.1mm, 0.2mm, 0.3mm, 0.5mm, and the second layer of PVC decorative color film is mainly displayed on the left and right sides. This kind of texture has the most direct effect on the visual effect. The patterns are oak, walnut, apple, teak, marble and so on; the third layer is the spc base layer, as the main base layer, the thickness is 3.8mm, 4.0mm, 4.5mm, 5mm , 5.5mm, 6.0mm, directly affect the quality of the floor, such as stability, environmental protection, flexibility and waterproof; The third layer is optional, there are ixpe, eva, epe options, the thickness is 1mm, 1.5mm, 2.0mm, color There are black, blue, green, etc. which are mainly used for mute and moisture-proof.
How to Produce SPC FLOOR?
First, extrusion molding
1. Preparation of raw materials, mainly pvc and stone powder, other small additives
2. Mixing, mix 1 material evenly
3. Loading, put the mixed material into the extrusion machine
4. High temperature extrusion molding, and at the same time compound the anti-friction layer and the colorful paper together
5. Slab cutting
Second, UV and health
6. UV paint treatment, main gloss adjustment, increase friction resistance,
7. Health preservation, mainly to release the energy of the board and cool the board for 48 hours
Third, Click and Packaging
8.do click, the main purpose is to install, the types are unilin, valinge, drop and so on.
9. Quality inspection and packaging, each piece of inspection, packaging is carton and pallet
10. If you need to add eva or ixpe back, after slotting, add underlayment, and finally quality inspection and packaging.
