Today let’s cast our sight on the hollow WPC/SPC wall panel. DEGE WPC/SPC wall panel is combination of the protective layer, PVC film, WPC/SPC core layer and anti-corrosive coating.
The SPC material is the PVC resin, calcium, chemical additives. The WPC material is 40% PVC resin, 45% calcium, 10% wood powder, 5% chemical additives.
The SPC cross section shape can be divided into round hole, oval hole and square hole. And for the WPC cross section shape we have plum blossom hole.
There are different colors we can choose from our hollow WPC/SPC wall panel. The wood, cloth, metal and pure. The colors can meet most of the requirement of our customers.
Our new material wall panel is 100% waterproof, fireproof, anti-mildew, anti-corrosion,eco-friendly, anti-scratch, easy to clean.
Except the color series we have introduced before, our new models are coming soon.
There are some installation guide we want to give you. First, you need to cut the wall panel according to the installation area. And next, install the male slot of one wall panel into the female slot of the other wall panel. Besides, install the clips into the female slot of the wall panel, usually one piece: 2.9m length needs 3pcs of clip. And the last one, fix the clips into the wall with screws. The installation is over when comes to this step.
